Defective items may be returned to us for a full refund of the item’s value.

Policy Applicable to Coats, Suits, Jackets, Shirts, Shoes:

 Suits, jackets, shirts or shoes that fit incorrectly may be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us via e-mail or telephone to issue a return authorization. Items may be returned to our warehouse in Hong Kong:

Items for exchange must arrive within 10 days of return authorization issue and must be in original, saleable condition with all tags still attached in order to be eligible for exchange. Please note that the cost and safety of the goods are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us. Therefore, we recommend, for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery. Please quote your order reference number in all correspondences and ensure that you include the original invoice with your parcel. There are no duties or taxes on goods entering Hong Kong.

For clothing items, please ensure you are not wearing perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

The Armoury also offers refunds subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the item’s value.  For purchases made via credit card, please note that it will take roughly two to four weeks to process a refund.
